Quite honestly, Im tired of being fat. Im taking over my life. I will be the first to beat diabetes in my family. My mother just went through a horrible ordeal and its mainly due to diabetes. I want her to be healthy but I know the only way to get her there is to set a good example. I can't preach to her if I am not doing what I am saying. Every year its Im going to lose weight. Im tired being the fat girl or tired of not liking shopping because I cant find clothes in my size. Instead of me making excuses, Im just going to do it. I started before the new year. I have lost some weight over the last year, 227 being my heaviest. I am now 213.6 but it is not where I want to be. There will be a change. I promise you that. Im going to stop being lazy, get up in the morning and start a routine. And if time permits in the evening, I will do another workout. Why wait til the summer? Heck its winter and nothing to do but to workout, so thats what Im going to do. Peace out 200s. Im going back to the 100 club.
