I am a 31 year old female, looking to lose weight and shut my doctor up. I have a history of diabetes and was controlling it through diet and exercise for about 6 years. Then I gained more weight and was put on oral mediciation. I have recently stop taking the meds to see how I will do without it and my sugar levels are somewhat normal. I am constantly losing with a few hiccups every now and then, but I think I have the hang of it now. Im getting older and this is something I just need to knock out of the way.

Please review my diet.....
Make sure you calculate your RDI and stick with that. You need to intake the right amount of calories. Never skip meals. Even if you are not hungry, you have to eat. Also, weight training should be no more than 3 times a week because your body needs to rest in betweenso your muscles can build and repair themselves. I would cut out one weight training session and add more cardio in. 20 minutes is only enough to reach your fat burning zone. If thats all you getting in a weeks time, then its really not helping you at all. And try adding more variety to your diet and take a multi-vitamin. You may not be getting the right amount of nuritrion by eating the same foods every single day. Add in more fruits and different vegetables. Fish and seafood is need for your omega fatty acids.

Please review my diet.....
Is this what you eat everyday or is this just a sample? There are a number of factors you should be looking at. Workouts, How much you are trying to lose and how much you currently weight? If you are looking to lose weight, 1 cardio a session for 20 minutes is not going to do it, especially with 4 sessions of weight training. It seems as though your body may be gaining muscle and since you are not doing any cardio, you are not burning the fat. Also, you may not be getting enough calories, which may be causing you to store fat, hence no weight gain.

Calorie Free Salad Dressing
I tried Thousand Island, which is my favorite dressing of all times. Yes, it is not as thick as the normal salad dressing and the flavor is not exactly the same but close enough, but I feel like thats a small scarifice to have zero calories as oppose to 120 per 2 tablespoons. Im not saying give up flavor, it does have flavor but you have to expect its not going to be like the real deal. Its like how I had to chnage up butterbread for wheat bread.

Calorie Free Salad Dressing
I may be a little late, but I just discovered calorie free salad dressing, and not just balsamic vinaigrette either. There is creamy caesar, 1000 Island, Ranch, etc. It is under the brand Walden Farms and I found it in Harris Teeters. This just made my week.

I also visited their website. http://www.waldenfarms.com/

They have alot of options when it comes to food.
