Officially ten pounds lost as of this morning, in approximately one month time. Healthy diet (strick!) with majority of exercise on elliptical plus some weight lifting. I told myself that at ten I would change up the exercise. I want to start running again, but I do better outside than on a treadmill. Complicated by fact that on Monday I will be traveling 5 days a week, for at least the next 1.5 months. Most hotel gyms have treadmills, so I suppose that while I'd rather be outside, looks like the treadmill is the best option.

Isn't Suzi161 the CUTEST! It seems like that month is SOOOOO long while you're living it. But, when you look back, TEN POUNDS GONE! Fabulous achievement!
