It was hard today to stick to eating every 4 hours. I didn't take lunch to work because I expected to only work until noon. It has become even harder since I am really trying not to eat out. I am glad I had my luna bar and cheerios to hold me down. However, I ended up giving in to Starbucks today. I had a Tall Skinny Dolce Latte...I haven't had Starbucks in 13 days... I was able to really enjoy and appreciate my drink today. Woohoo!!! Till tomorrow :)
