goooooooood saturday mornin...my plan of doing a morning walk yesterday was put off...started raining about the time i got ready to go walking...and once it quit i was outta the mood...if i dont walk when im in the mood...then...i usually dont get a mornin walk accomplished...with the cooler weather...its making it harder for me to stick with an exercise routine again this year...usually im already in the gym this time of year...but this year i decided not to join...i keep thinkin i can stick with a walking plan or riding the ole stationary bike to get some exercise...but so far that way of thinkin...just hasnt been workin...with the xmas tree put away still need to pack away the wreath and any other stuff thats gotta be packed away...to bad it doesnt all fit in the same box...not really sure what today holds yet...need to make my salad ahead...get that done...a few other things...keep as focused as i can...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
8. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
9. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF IS VERY IMPORTANT

I find if I have to make the effort of getting dressed and out to the gym I am more likely to do it. I have dvd tapes like crazy gathering dust. And I am sure they are all wonderful workouts. I love walk/jogging outdoors. Funny the best time for me is when its dark. Kinda makes it extra exciting lol. Is that a pothole or not...is that someone lurking in the bushes or not...Im sitting here trying to think of some advice. I got nothin. Maybe put your bike in front the the tv and peddle while watching. I see people out jogging in the rain and cold and my first instinct is "wow now thats dedication" my second is "crazy fools" :)

lol petuniak thanks......that use to be me walkin in the rain..an in the dark...but with the cold weather...now i no longer walk till daylight...have ran into to many skunks..when its been dark out in the mornings...i to have dvd workouts, but like you..they collect dust..not my thing...i enjoy the morning air and walking outdoors...stationary bike is a last resort when its to nasty to get outside for a workout of some kind...im not a winter person...an need to be this time of year to keep motivated...

I am with you on the winter..not my favorite time of year..the wind alone makes hard for me..and its windy at my place most of the time.. So my treadmill is my friend...When its warmer out husband and I work in the yard some and walk more out side..I have a couple of new dvd's for the wii and will use them...HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVE buddy...:O)
