I am having such a hard time. After quitting smoking, my metabolism is crap, and I'm constantly hungry. I've been working out on a regular basis for about 3 weeks, and trying to watch what I eat, and I've gained weight rather than losing it. I'm wondering if I need to see a doctor to discuss what's going on since my body is all out of whack from quitting smoking.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
