Through the holidays with some weight gain. Last week I only worked out twice because we had parties most nights. We're on our 5th week of P90X so that will help in the coming days. Might have survived with no weight gain, but started excercising again yesterday. Making some low calorie turkey soup today. Made the stock yesterday. Looking into Shakeology as my 11am snack since we eat lunch at 3p. Need to conquer my eating. Lost the 5 pounds by bringing my lunch. Probably have to do that again.
