Got busy with things yesterday and I didn't have time to enter a journal entry. It alarmed me a little when I went down 8 lbs in a week so I ordered a pizza from Papa John's. I ate it and then felt guilty because I have candy in the house that would have been less calories and would have satisfied me just as much. Doesn't matter now because pizza is long gone lol. This happened on Friday. I felt bad the next day and walked more than usual. I'll post walk info now

12/10/11's walk;

8.5 miles

12/11/11's walk;

10.34 miles


Now this is different than just walking the 4 miles in the hour that I was walking but then I wasn't satisfied at the speed of the weight loss so I am doing things a bit differently now.

I walk with a friend but that doesn't get my heart rate to the speed I want it to go so I have to walk on my own after she leaves lol

I walked 50.64 miles last week. I am now skinnier than I was 10 years ago. I have to cut back on the walking tomorrow. It's starting to take too long again but I want to help others. Decisions decisions...
