airbugs's Journal, 09 December 2011

So I bought the Garmin GPS pedometer back in August of 2011. It has software that records my laps like I said before. I had been walking for several months before I bought it but here's the scoop.

1) I have increased my speed by .2-.3 mph. That doesn't sound like much but I was doing 2 hours a day somedays and now I only walk for like 75 minutes while that's still a lot it isn't the 2 hours of walking I was doing. My day was gone.

2) I walk for a longer period of time at a time. What I mean is there are less breaks in the walking. Maybe that's because I trust my dogs more but either way...

I have it set to record auto laps at 1 mile and I stop it when I stop my walking to reset it.
