gooooooood mornin...been rainin every since yesterday afternoon...an is still raining...no morning walk today...lest its not snow...or we would of had lots...40 and with wind chill 30 ...has warmed up since midnight...i was up an awake...went to bed to early last night...was just tired an wasnt anything on tv to keep my mind busy....have several errands to do today...so will get some movement...was looking at a calendar i printed out last year in dec...that i kept track of my weight on...i was 20 pounds heavier last year at this time...i still keep a calendar but now keep it on my computer..an print it out at the end of the month...well...guess its time to get naked an weigh before i eat breakfast...see where im at this morning...have a great day...and keep at it...everyone is better off being healthy....then unhealthy....
