weekend was a blur, and not a very good one. Had to deal with a lot of STUFF and I'm tired. But today is a new day and I'm back on low carb. I'm not doing the fat fast right now, just low carb. I'll try to keep my list of foods, but again I'm tired and don't know if it will be to the 'exact' measurements. I'm just very tired.......
