Today's walk/jog;
4.32 miles
The weight isn't coming off as fast as I would like but I think I'll wait til after Thanksgiving to start doing other things besides the walk/jog. I am buying an XBOX kinect on black friday. Even if I don't I think I'll locate my jump rope or start dancing regularly.
