OKKKKK I can finally say I am back where I belong, 159# after my last weekend craziness! Well i should rephrase that to, 'right where I was' but I sure don't BELONG here! But again. I do feel good and now I need to keep on, keeping on! I really want to get back to where I can really feel I belong, between 138-142, I know I can do it......but gee its friday, there is another weekend coming up! PLUS my kids are coming home tomorrow for almost 2 weeks. OK, OK! I can do this, I just need to watch my portions (my downfall in the PAST), stay on low carb, and DO NOT Drink the BEER! I like club soda with lemon &/or lime so I'm going to treat myself to that as much as I can! It is so good to be back here. BUT again I'm putting a CALL out to everyone, IS there a "GROUP" that posts daily? Prefer, low carb and over 60yrs old? Maybe I'll look into starting one if there is interest? LET ME KNOW PEOPLES!
