I'm just walking/jogging a little over 4 miles in an hour. I try and dance for about 35-40 minutes also. When I have to go up stairs now instead of taking the escalator I take the stairs. Now I only go up 3 flights of stairs but with the way things are going since I have cut back on the walking anything helps.

Today's walk/jog;

4.06 miles
