Today's walk;
1.41 miles with a friend and 5.19 miles with weights on my own
Walking seems easier now. I tried jogging today and I guess it's the shoes that make the difference because it didn't hurt at all. Not like when I tried jogging in my other shoes. For the past 3 days I have done a mile in under 16 minutes. I want to start jogging because it is a more effective workout and it'll take less time to do the 5 miles that I walk on my own. We'll see though.
