There are so many issues on my mind this morning regarding certain things pertaining to this whole record what you have eaten...
1. Carbs - why does my total carb count read some astronical amount when I have taken out most of the bread etc. from my diet
2. I feel less hungry if I eat under the 1600 cal/day. Most days I have difficulty consuming 75% of my daily allowable intake
3. If I have decided to decrease my weight another 5 lbs how do I go about changing it on here?
4. Even after my goal has been reached do I still continue to do this or quit, even though it scares me???
5. Finally will my body shape ever change? Although I am working out 5 days a week? How much of it is actually loose skin vs. fat? Have the multiple years of being heavy then loosing, then being heavy again contributed to this?
HHHMMMMM so many questions and yet I do not know where to find the answers... If anyone should read this and has any suggestions I would welcome them gratefully.... :)

Re 1. I would say your carbs are high due to the fruit. Re 3. I know you can change your weight but I can't remember and will have to look when I'm on my laptop ... I'm mobile right now and it is a little harder for me. May be in your profile but don't hold me to that. Make it a great one!

Javadali... thank you I was able to change my weight goal with your tips. Also thank you for your advise above, it is greatly appreciated. If you should have any more advice to give it would be great.
