Kinda blah today. Weather is turning and I am not feeling well. Got my 5 miler in today though as my boss is coming onto town and I may be hampered in ecxercise window/ time over the next couple days. Did not love it like I usually do, but thast just a head cold talkin'! Ill be back into the groove!
