After hitting all my macros, I was pretty motivated this morning even though the workout last night was very tough. I was bloated, had cramps but pushed through it. So it was good to do my 5 am workout this morning and completely kill it. Legs & cardio done for the day! Now gotta put in some serious office work & teach kickboxing in the evening. Oh yeah, plus meal prep for the next 2 days to make sure I hit all my macros. Busy busy!
