After hitting all my macros, I was pretty motivated this morning even though the workout last night was very tough. I was bloated, had cramps but pushed through it. So it was good to do my 5 am workout this morning and completely kill it. Legs & cardio done for the day! Now gotta put in some serious office work & teach kickboxing in the evening. Oh yeah, plus meal prep for the next 2 days to make sure I hit all my macros. Busy busy!

A about a month ago I have decided to compete in a bodybuilding show, bikini division. After 3 weeks of training and meal prepping, I can honest say that I can do it. It's possible and although I can see how the mental portion of it can be tough, I can power through.
I've been tracking my meals on MFP but after needing to have a better sense of my macros, I decided to switch to FatSecret. 14 weeks out, let's do this!
