UHG not sure I will ever figure my body out!! I know I have been slacking on recording my food and that is probably the reason I am gaining!! The last three days I have gained every day! Very frustrating! I need to buckle down and keep journaling I have 20 lbs to go and really scares me that in three days I have gained three lbs. How is that possible? It makes me think when I do finally get down to goal weight how in the world am I going to maintain it?

check your sodium levels in your food,maybe more than you usually take in in a day? lower the sodium for a few days and the weight will probably drop back down.
