I had to test the new glaze on the cinnamon scone, the first recipe ideas for the pumpkin scone and ginger bread. I just took little tastes and hope that it wasn't too much. Because I had to leave early today to take my son to his driving test, I didn't have time to eat lunch. After my son got his license, I got a small, low cal Jumba and a Subway sandwich. I think that still makes my day under 1200.
At least I'm really thinking about every bite. I'm going to make my lunch for tomorrow and at least do my push ups and sit ups.
