Hello again my journal friend/nemesis.

I have something to note as of yesterday. I missed lunbch which for me is like 500 calories. I went to Food4Less and got my soda for the next few weeks. I got home about 4 pm ish and it was too late to have a lunch because I go to bed or at least try to go to bed at about 7 pm. So yesterdays intake was about 1000 calories.

Today's walk,

I did 6.13 miles continuous, .85 miles and .53 miles with a friend for a total of 7.51 miles.

I am down to 321 lbs which is going to get me the win with Bocalvr but starting tomorrow I have to slow down on the walking because I am going to be walking at night also. Can't be wearing myself out ya know.

What is it I eat. Ok, here it goes. The sandwiches I make are on Thomas's flatbagel bread (110 calories), I have 2 pieces of lean ham on each (30 calories a piece) a slice of tomato, a slice of onion, and this marinate stuff I found which is 25 calories an ounce. Well I eat about half a serving at a time so it's 17.5 calories and let's round it to 20 calories with the tomato and onion. I have 2 of those for breakfast, 2 for lunch and 2 for dinner. So that's about 380 calories at a sitting. I can eat the same thing day after day after day so 380 x 3 = 1140 calories for all my meals in a day. I do have 1 rice krispie and one 100 calorie hostess cake in the morning before my walk. So that's a grand total of 1340 calories a day. That's my diet. I did have a slice of cheese on each of those sandwiches for added flavor but I've run out of cheese and do not want the added calories (weird huh).
