It's really hard not to step on the scale everyday (i'm not sure why I do this?) but this weekend was easier than I thought it would be, My boyfriend and I hunt and I wasn't sure what I was going to take with me as a breakfast and snack and I tried that recipe for the fake french toast which I took in with me and ate it cold later on in the morning and what a tasty dish it was! I feel like as long as I continue to plan every meal i'm going to do great...although passing by the baked goods today was a little tempting :-) but didn't give in.
