so this morning i get on the scale for my next weigh in hoping for a least a little loss and to my horror the scale starts flashing and gives a notification of Lo! i'm assuming the battery is nearly out but i did have to have a little chuckle to myself maybe the scale is being nice for once and letting me know it its own way that perhaps i'm a little lighter today :D
