Well day 2~ and shame on me for going to the waffle house last night with family!! Seriously... what was I thinking.. Well day 2 or trying to get this nutrition under control. I can do it b/c I done it before... argh....

Todays goal walk 2 miles, eat healthy dinner option.. Seems like work im ok, but when I get home I get tired and just would rather pick the quick option..

** ANY SUGGESTIONS ** I need to replace this fattening coffee every morning.. Im not a big breakfast eater as waking up 4 am puts a stress on you.. so at 5 am im drinking my loaded coffee to wake me up and put some sugar in my body that I need... Any suggestions on replacement or option..

Hi Jayla , just the coffe its a kickstart is this with 0 calorie sugar or regular sugar , there are many things you can use , I wake up at 4 am daily to go to the gym even at 3 am sometime and the key is going to be early I usually go at 8 pm I record anything on tv to see it on weekends or during the day have you try oatmeal a small cup will do good are you going to the gym early in the morning or at work?

I just started doing this... but not all the time... a regular blender will do... Give your body 1/2 banana, some yogurt, maybe some almond milk, other fruit(s) in a blender. Keep it low fat though. The protein, etc. is MUCH better for you and you WILL wake up from it. Also, the protein (in the yogurt) will stay with you MUCH longer than a sugar-loaded coffee and won't cause you to crash. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Waffle House is awesome, you were thinking about delicious waffles, obviously. Switch to plain black coffee, it will give a caffeine kick without the sugar spike.

The coffee I have is loaded with sugar... which is a no no obviously looking thru out the weigh ins the coffee is a huge contributor. I wake up at 4 am to start a one hour commute at 5 am. work 10 hrs day. So I need something to help wake me up. I really like the blender idea (can I premake it at night and be good in morning? - don't want to wake kids up in morning) Great idea..

You're going to have to replace the instant rush the sugar gives you with something that will give you a steady release of energy over the morning. Depending on your diet strategy that could be anything from a couple of eggs with bacon to a cup of oatmeal or a smoothie, as suggested above. Best advice I can give you is to decide how you want to tackle your particular nutritional needs and proceed from there. Until you figure out what's best for you there's going to be some trial and error. Good luck!
