goooooooooood morning....getting ready to head out for a morning walk...for some reason just cant seem to get in the habit of heading to the gym...so morning walks are better then nothing....was reading an article this morning..found it interesting...thought id pass it along...5 sections to it...and it makes sense...even though i have been at this four years...i still read about how i can make my healthy lifestyle better...seems like i have been at 290 or there abouts for tooooooo long...would like to break the mode an move downward once again..still a long ways to go...and i kno there is no magic to getting there...so reading always gives me ideas of how i can change my eating habits to make better choices...here is the link...at the end of each page is the next link to the next section ....
