Im getting there. 8 weeks post op. Weight selection in bodypump is about 70% of where it was b4 surgery. Bottom photo is turkey &veggie soup made with bone broth. I have been drinking broth daily as well. Made it in crockpot.

Windy. Thank you! I love making bone broth. It's high in protein but also the collagen factor is great. Last year I had covid really bad and have been dealing with long haulers after effects. My hair is falling out like crazy and hoping that drinking the bone broth will help it. I also take collagen powder everyday

That long covid is awful. When I had it I lost all tastea nd smell and wasnt myself for some time after with recurring nausea. Sorry you have had to deal with that. My hair has gotten considerably thinner, and was always so thick. I hope the collagen helps you. I should try to make some bone broth. I didnt care for the commercial one I bought.
