Weekly update time

I am sitting here looking at my Covid test day 9. Yikees still positive. I still feel fine. But not dieting nor exercising. Family members are slowly recovering. So all in all it is not the worst but I am really wanting to go on with this dieting journey. Maybe tomorrow lol.

I walk to the beach most days. That is about it for moving. But it is calming
