After all these years I discovered chia seeds. Overnight in my homemade yogurt with a little oatmeal, chopped fresh cranberries, walnuts and cinnamon. A few walnuts and cranberries on top. Omega 3 powerhouse food.

Unity I love it too! Most people focus on macros and calories. I am always thinking about probiotics, antioxidants, fiber and healthy fats. Recently I have been reading about being in balance or out of balance in the omega 3 and omega 6 ratios. Going to see if changing the ratio increases my hdl (3) and reduces inflammation (6). I get both in my diet but I think less of 6 and more of 3 might be better. Next lab work in April. Good Luck to me !
