AmyCoulon's Journal, 15 November 2023

Well hello once again FS. Btwn my finger injury (and multiple repair sx) and my ACL reconstruction sx - my physical capabilities have been really really limited. Even patient care has been tough the last 2 years. BUT all my ailments are healing and they finally put Humpty Dumpty. together again lol. My mode of exercise has changed over the years. Got rid of the elliptical machine. Now I walk 2 miles outside with my dogs. Helps calm my mind. I'm so so glad to finally be able to get back to my walking routine. I get even walk up the entire flight of basement steps normally. Can't walk down the steps yet, but soon. Goal is to be able to ski again in 2024/2025 season. But I know without a shadow of a doubt, that I CANNOT be hurling myself down a ski slope with a lot of extra weight to control. So back to FS I go, to get my weight to a reasonable amount. There are so many things in life that I love to do, things that are just much harder when carrying around a bunch of extra weight. So here we go again. 🤪
