November 1st update I am green!!!!! Diet going well. I am losing weight. I am curbing snacking. I know I put on a bit over the last few months but I have come to terms with the fact that I yo yo a bit. As long as my yearly average is decent I am ok. LOL In other news. My daughter, the one that got married in an Indian ceremony last year had a little boy in August. We are all in love of course. Here he is in his little Halloween costume yesterday .
