Very steady downward motion so far this week. I have been so so busy at work, also getting ready to go camping this weekend. But, I am keeping up with my 10k step goal, under 1500 calories everyday, and couch to 5k every other day. Last night was the week 6 day 3 22-minute run. It felt good! Hoping for a nice active camping trip, lots of hiking.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Jeri! My kids have been coming along for some of the couch to 5k, or walks to get my 10k goal. My oldest prefers walks, my youngest rides her bike along side while I run, and my son runs along with me. At the shorter distances, up to 8 minutes or so running, he would be a constant stream of words the whole time, so I would learn all about his day while we ran. With the 22 minute run last night, he said about 3 or 4 minutes in, "I have to stop talking or I will wear myself out!" ope you have a good weekend, too! :)

Meg, that is so cool about your kids coming along! I love it!! What a great way to do some family time. Hope you can continue as the days get shorter. I need to start doing walks again with my grandkids when they are here or I'm there. You reminded me of how fun it was, we used to do lots of walks when they were young. One set with little Josh in the stroller as he wasn't walking then they moved away for a time.
