Back from vacation. I did step on the scale, but opting not to record it because I think a chunk of it is water weight from traveling and consuming more sodium than usual. Giving myself another day to flush that out for a more accurate number. That was the last vacation of the summer. My girls will be starting school soon, and I'll be starting a new job teaching. Hoping being more busy will keep me from eating out of boredom (or grabbing fast food because I won't be out and about as much). Hope everyone has a great day!
