maybe you need a refeed day, a day or two where you focus carbs and eat at maintenance. check out FitWizards website for more info on refeeds.

dazey i really think its just anxiety/depression. brought on by a lot of chaos in my life right now. trust me ive been eating carbs and everything lately. haha

Hang in there. I know I’ve had days like that and then end up eating even more because I get more depressed by how much I’ve eaten. But it does get better.

I had a similar Tuesday. The anxiety was not part of it. But,...I always take fruit and a Premier Protein shake with me to the golf course. It's a lunch of about 450 calories depending on the amount of fruit. Yesterday, I forgot the Premier Protein shake. Then, by the time I got back to the clubhouse to make the turn, all I could think about was food. So, I bought 2 Nature Valley nut bars and a Fig Newton pack. And then, ate too much at dinner. If I had had the shake, it would have been OK. Kaylinrenee, be well, and we are there with you !!

I get that way at times also and I have found that for me its time to take my vitamins. Specifically Vitamin D and magnesium. I try to remember that each meal is a new opportunity to balance out my day when Ive carb loaded. Hang in there! You have got this!!!

Best way to deal with anxiety and depression is to go for that run. I’m considering training for another half marathon (it’s been 4 years), found a running group, but it will be up to my left knee. Miss that calorie burn.

If I were you, I’d listen to your body. It seems like it’s telling you that it needs more calories :) You burn A LOT with how active you are! 👍🏻 Your body is probably craving a run! Mine craves walk too. Just feel better after. 😃

I hate the treadmill too, and it’s so freaking hot it’s hard to run outside right now in south Florida. Running does help with anxiety though. That’s actually why I started up again. Hope you feel better soon 🤗

Kaylin, try addressing what's literally eating at you first. The run will help but when you return the problems will still be there. Today focus more on addressing what is causing your stress and less on eating. Also, fill up on drinking water. That helps too. You Can Do This!

cheese- thats what i was on when i had my miscarriages/infertility issues... how do you feel? it made me feel super spacey. nobody was home upstairs. i hated it....

otb this was the 1st day i skipped. it really gets me. even with a 70 inch flat screen to stare at... that night even make it worse... you hang in there too. this too shall pass.
