Lol I know you meant that as a joke wifey. But ive actually had friends that tells me I look muscular cuz of my tan. There’s a reason the other picture was only tan, even darker tanning in the head 😂

Bananas I thought you said you didn’t like traps 🤔 lol I think I could hit the same conditioning in the 170s now. The may go that far or might not if it takes too long. But I’ll get close to it. I like this size now. My new goal is 180s at 12% bf 😂

You do look healthier on the right for sure..........but I am sure a lot of guys wouldn't mind looking as unhealthy as the guy on the left!

Bananas I think I was at 11% not official since I never got tested but I use the bf for looks. So I think that’s my best way of measuring it. Like there’s no point be 11 when you look 15. If that makes sense

Thanks cheesepuff n pinaynay! Btw for the guy on the left to get too 11% he would need to cut down to the low 140s so that’s around 40lbs of bf on that dude. I think I can hit 12% in the 170s this time. That’s why the dude on the left was so unhealthy. With that much bf. Random headaches, irregular heartbeats and heart pains. He was on his way to a heart attack, but maybe working 10-12 hours days for 2yrs straight n barely any sex contributed to that also. Also glad I didn’t chose to go lower when I cut to 155 and didn’t like how I look. So if you’ve dieted down and don’t like the way you look, the answer is up not down 👌
