I know you are not supposed to weigh in more than 1 time a week, but....I was feeling thinner this morning so I jumped on the scale and WOOHOO!!! I have lost 6 lbs since Wed!!!!!! I think that the weight loss is finally catching up with me. I think it's mostly fluids, but that's ok with me!!! I guess what I'm trying to say is don't get discouraged. You can succeed!!!
