Hoping to now get on it n lose some of this weight, for years iv had excuses now with how quick things went with my mother in law I need to take it serious, had steak n airfryer chips with salad for tea, back to fasting 5pm to 9am n 30mins on the weighted hoop 20mins on hard setting on the rower in the bedroom that's been gathering dust xx
