Do scales need time to calibrate when you didn't use them for a while, because I lost almost 3kg in 3 days (and am back to my old weight from before)?

Good that it's down. I have a $10.00 scale with a dial so no idea about the digital ones. To calibrate mine you turn the little wheel so the line is at zero, LOL

I have the same one as wholefoodnut, it works just fine. Sometimes even more reliable because the digital ones will get a false reading if the battery is dying.
