Got my hair done yesterday. My hairdresser put a toner on the gray and added a bit of purple in it. You cant really see it in picture but its there. My husband didnt notice it until later on. It shows in the light. Something fun for spring.

Oh, fun! I'd consider growing mine out if it was pure white. My roots still show a mix of dark & grey when they grow in. You look lovely 💕

Sherrye, thank you💜 I let my gray grow out during COVID lockdown, figuring Id color it again when it was over. I found I don't really mind the gray most of the time so I kept it.

I love it! Your hair is beautiful. I have salt & pepper hair and have had my hair dresser add silver highlights. I love that in the summer but with short hair it is gone so quickly!

Redporch, Thank you💜 The purple will wash out in about a week and it's very subtle otherwise I wouldn't do it. Your hair is a nice grey. I remember seeing it on some of your vacation pics💜💜

Cheesegobbler, I bet your hair looks beautiful! I love that look! Thank you for your comments on my hair 💜 When I worked I layered my hair for more body and used to blow dry it and colored it often. ( to hide gray) It caused a lot of damage but since I retired I probably blow dry my hair once a week and no more color so it has helped me repair my hair. Also gray hair has a totally different texture than regular hair. I have always had fine hair but once I went gray it came in thicker. The only other thing I use is collegen powder. I have thyroid issues and that makes me have some hair loss. Collegan powder does help. 💜💜💜
