I believe so, iv cooked things with out oils n they ha nt dried out, and certainly cheaper to run, cooks in no time, don't have to wait for oven to heat up, xx

We Call our air fryer "Darth", because it looks like Darth Vador's helmet! Is that sad? Best buy we;ve made in years.

Total waste of money to be honest …. I didn’t like it’s method of cooking now I use it for heating stuff ( bad experience )

Aw nadia, sorry u didn't like the ninja, iv enjoyed mine, the 1st one I bought was a cheap airfryer I'd never recommend that one, xx

That’s it then lovely Heather mine is a cheap version I will try the ninja once I have my own kitchen xxx no wonder I had a bad experience

Don't say that noor cos I make a meal everyday n it goes in my airfryer now instead of my oven, u think it can cause other problems?? Xx

I personally will stick to conventional oven ….was diagnosed with pre cancer a few years back so don’t want to take a chance …
