Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

Increasing steps…little by little…most inside..however was out yesterday doing errands…gotta say..it was a cold day…next several days below 40 daytime…them several 60-70 days were a tease of things to come…wind is howling at the moment..

Weight is up..don’t really understand that…but it is what it is…il look at the daily scale stats…maybe it’s water weight…but doubt that’s all of it…

This week flashed by again…

Second cup of ☕️….already got first mile in…Yeap..putting fitbit in sock…all my steps count…which I wasn’t getting by running my hand down the wall rail as I walked…furnace just kicked on…38…feels like 28….brrrr…glad we got errands done yesterday….I’m thinking it’s just alittle windyer today….

Well..things to do..steps to get..coffee is gone…but tasted really good this morning…lol..
