Not really happy, dont get me wrong the weight loss is nice but i didnt stick to my plan every day. So i am starting this week with a greater sense of will to be 100% on target as regards effort with eating and exercise.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
