Used my new Zephyr HRM BT Heart Rate Monitor today. I used the sportstracklive app for my Android phone. It was great! Kept track of my speed and my heart rate the entire time. Also nice to get a true calorie count instead of just estimating based on time!

Your chart is impressive, what a great work you did! Now you are below your goal weight, are you thinking of going to maintenance or you want to lose more weight?

I still have some fat I'd like to lose but would be ok with putting on more weight based off muscle. I've been trying to add more calories to my diet but having been eating to a certain calorie amount for 6 months I find it hard to keep adding more calories without thinking it would cause me to gain weight. So I'm slowly adding 200 calories ever couple of weeks to see how my body handles it. I know I need the calories to build muscle but just need to get my mind to understand that I won't just start eating all kinds of junk like the other times i've gained my weight back. On a side note I still look at myself in the mirror and think I look fat but I know that's only in my head and need to break that also.

Oh I know the feeling, it seems that we still see ourselves fat long time after we lose the weight. You're right, it's only in your head lol! It's wise to add calories slowly and see how your body responds. The last pounds of fat are so hard to lose. I found that if I am not very careful with my eating (I am right here these days, need to get back on track) all the hard work seems to disapear... Good luck finding the plan that will work for you!
