Going to weigh in tomorrow and I dread it. I know I have gained. I am having a really difficult time lately staying on track. I am too broke right now to buy a lot of good low carb foods. I need cheap and easy. Starting all over again tomorrow morning. I know I can reach my goal weight by the middle of August if I set my mind to it and that is what I am doing!

If you can't focus on the low carb, focus on portion control and caloric intake. Look for sales. Summer is time for fresh fruits and veggies and they are cheap. Maybe do OWL for a while. It may be a slower loss, but you will still lose. Eggs are cheap. Sales on chicken (as they get closer to expiration date, stores reduce prices and you can freeze them).
