new to this.
Are you on Facebook? If so, do a search for Low Carb Support Group. I belong to that and also Low Carb High Fat Recipes. Both are great groups for getting lots of support and great recipes. My son is a T1 diabetic. I am always trying to lose weight, so I am always on the lookout for good recipes. Grocery shopping takes twice as long anymore, because I have to read the labels on everything I buy. It gets easier with time though. You can buy some pretty good low carb sweets, but most are laden with chemicals. After you have been staying away from sweets for a long time, natural sweets like strawberries can fill a lot of the void.

Constipation After 2 mos on Induction
1. Eat some sugar free candy that has sugar alcohols in it. If you haven't been eating them and don't know how they affect you, don't eat them until you are going to be home. If you eat too many, they can give you the opposite of constipation!
2. Don't know.
3. Exercising burns calories, so can certainly help with weight loss. It can, however, increase weight because as you are building muscle, muscle weighs more than the same volume of fat. It is good for you though, toning your body.
