Had a late night yesterday with friends. As mentioned earlier we were going to a buffet with some friends. I stayed away from all the greasy foods and grazed on plates full of veggies. Ok Ok, I may of had a tiny macaroon and one piece of scallops..but overally I think I did good. I didn't pig out on anything fried. Today started off my morning with a nice protein shake, had a big salad from Cracker Barrel and just ate a can of White Chunk Chicken Breast. Now time for the gym!!
