Ok, it's been 4 days (I know. I know that's nothing) but I've been watching what I eat. Yesterday was tough. The wife cooked up her awesome Spaghetti that was quite irresistible. I managed to prevent myself from eating 3 bowls of it. It's only been 2 work days but I have managed to stay away from grease and actually I'm quite satisfied all day. I've been munching on a Protein Plus bar form Met-Rx that has actually been pretty good in keeping off the hunger and keeping me satisfied all day.

Friday we are suppose to go out to celebrate a friends birthday...and of course it's at the bestest Buffet place. I have already planned out that I'll order off the menu as opposed to pigging out as usual.

(Yes this is easy to say now...I will let you know how it goes)

Hey man you sound like me. I was looking at your charts and its the gaps when you are not on here using the tools that you are adding weight...I know that is a DUH thing but I really had to get used to the fact that I am just going to do this for the rest of my life. Its something I do for my health and honestly it doesn't take me that long to use the tools here. They keep me on track and the support from other FS folks helps too.
