Well that did not last long :-(. I gained 2+ kilo and changed my target weight to 58 hoping I can
maintain.
Was on vacation, did not eat anything not on plan but overdosed on NUTS. Swam everyday but it still did not help.
Came home went out with my parents for a dinner. Both my Mum and hubby were good with the low carbing. Me? I tasted from everyone's dessert (and lets just say it was not melon or berries)...was up another 1/2 kilo by Friday. Back down to only 1/2 a kilo over target weight.
