Gonna hit the treadmill again for the frist time in a few months. *Slacker* and I wonder why I gained. Start back to work on Monday...gonna make salads for lunch and you bet I'm ready to hear everyone "feel sorry for me having to eat grass",I'm gonna divy them up but keep low on the cals. Little shredded turkey here and nuts there oh yeah. Make my own low fat/cal yogurt parfaits too. Sp who cares? Plan to stay away from the evil snack cabinet and don't eat anything I did not bring will be my keys to keeping trim. Off to start planning my lunch menu for next week.

I used to be one of those that felt sorry for those eating rabbit food but its odd... it hit me the other day... i actually LIKE my daily salad (sometimes twice a day). AND i look forward to them. NOt just because they make me lose weight but they have started tasting so much better to me as i have eaten more of them. odd.... breaking your routine with summer is what did it. YOu will get back into the groove and everything will come together.
