Well trained very lightly after the operations and seem to be getting stronger , next week starting gently with a properly laid out weight training regime.
Been using Alternate day fasting , it works well for me as before i was ill i was using Intermittent fasting and enjoyed it.

I will start logging down food properly, i managed to lose 3lbs last week quite comfortably using the ADF plan although i didnt log it here.

Hope all you guys n gals on my friends list are ok.

Oh yeah will be weighing each in Monday and not on a daily basis.
